As President, Michael's expertise spans across critical areas such as acquisitions, capital structuring, debt origination, and investor relations, steering the firm towards new heights of success and stability.
Michael's passion for real estate ignited at the young age of 14, marking the beginning of a lifelong journey into the intricacies of the industry. This early interest laid a solid foundation for his future achievements, driving him to become a pivotal figure in the field.
Before establishing his leadership at Gregorarz Group, Michael gained valuable experience working alongside Sean Conlon at CNBC as a Senior Associate. In this role, he showcased his prowess in managing deal underwriting, capital structuring, debt financing, and asset management, significantly contributing to the acquisition, development, and disposition of properties totaling over $100 million.
A proud alumnus of The University of Michigan, Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Business Degree, specializing in Finance & Accounting. This academic milestone was immediately followed by a role at Merrill Lynch as a financial analyst, further honing his skills in financial analysis and strategic investment.
In addition to his analytical expertise, Michael is recognized as a former licensed commercial real estate broker in Chicago, a testament to his deep-rooted knowledge and experience in the local real estate market.
